Order
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We ship via Qdelivery, Janio, or Singpost Speed.
We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Some International shipping may take longer than usual as the border checking process varies from country to country. There may be delays caused by customs to ensure that your package is safe for delivery. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time given, it may also be held for you at your local post office.
Although we deliver to most countries, customers outside of the Singapore may be required to pay import custom duties / taxes directly to the country. These import custom duties are set at the port of entry by a customs officer, and differ from country to country.
Import custom duties / taxes are in addition to shipping costs paid to the The Project J Online Store to cover shipping and handling.
For orders within Singapore, we offer FREE local doorstep delivery (with tracking) for all orders above SGD 59.
Flat fee of $4.65 for parcel up to 5KG. Flat fee of $8.95 for parcel 5KG and above.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed locally will take 3-7 business days to arrive.
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-18 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Please contact us immediately within an hour of your order. Order cancellation is only on a case by case basis.
Processed and shipped orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
Orders made during promotional period / with a discount code cannot be modified or cancelled.
Orders with personalisation option (i.e. embossing) cannot be modified or cancelled.
Refund is only applicable for goods that are defective/damaged and will be reviewed by our team on a case-by-case basis.
Do send photo proof to admin@theprojectj.com within 2 days of delivery receipt. After this period, we are not obliged to accommodate refund/exchange requests.
Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
Items lost in return shipping will also not be refunded.
All shipping costs incurred by the exchange will be borne by customers.
Please note that we do not accept exchanges or refunds for apparel. Please use the measurement guide provided to assess the best fit for your needs.
Please note that all sale items are not eligible for refund or exchanges.
Orders with personalisation options (i.e. embossing) cannot be refunded or exchanged. In the event of embossing options having been paid for items that cannot be embossed (i.e. notebooks), amount will be refunded as e-store credits.
The Project J is not liable for any lost parcels. For all Returned Parcels, customer is to pay for shipping costs incurred before orders can be mailed out again
Always remember to enter the discount code at checkout. Once your order is completed, we are unable to honour your discount or cancel your order. But don't worry, if the code is still valid, you can always use it on your next order.
Sale items are eligible for further discounts depending on the promotional season. Note that discount codes are not stackable.
The Project J Online Store cannot be held responsible if your order fails to arrive due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address. If this happens, you have two options:
- Contact the Postal Service to redirect your package.
- Wait for the package to be returned to us.
Please note that if we need to resend your order, you will need to pay additional shipping costs.
To avoid any issues, please double-check your delivery address when placing your order.
Gift Wrapping: Yes, you may opt for gift wrapping services for all journals, notebooks, and planners.
Product/s will be wrapped with our Gospel of Mark wrapping paper.
Please indicate recipient name and gift message (optional) during checkout.
Name Embossing: Yes, you may opt for Name Embossing services for journals and planners.
Please indicate choice of word for embossing during checkout. Up to 8 letters for embossing.
Each embossing is done individually and manually; as such, do expect each one to differ slightly.
These slight differences (i.e. alignment, foil application) are not considered defects and are not available for refund or exchange.
All tee purchases come in an OPP plastic packaging. No further gift packaging is available.

Download links are not replaceable by our policy.
If you have your purchase receipt, please email our customer service team at admin@theprojectj.com, and they will work to the best of their ability to resolve your issue.
Download links are good for a one-time use. Our copyright and infringement laws apply to all products that you purchase.
If downloaded products are being shared, we reserve the right to terminate your account.
We understand that you may want to produce several copies for your small group or ministry team. However, in accordance with our copyright policy, each purchase is limited to one download/copy.
If you’d like to purchase multiple copies of the same digital download, please email our customer service team at admin@theprojectj.com and we will do our best to give you a discount off your order.
UNSTUCK: Coaching Calls
For anyone who:
• is feeling lost in their life journey and wants to do something about it,
• desires a true mindset transformation and a new perspective to life,
• wants to discover their God-given dreams and put wheels to those dreams,
• wants to work on themselves and to grow in character with Jesus
All Coaching Video Calls will be tailored to your needs and season.
There is no obligations to book a fixed number of calls. The goal is your growth. You determine how far you want to go.
As part of maintaining confidentiality and security, all photography, videography, and screen recording of any sort are strictly not allowed during the call.
We reserve the right to cut short the call or remove you from the Mentorship Journey should attendees breach the rules.
No refunds or makeup call will be issued.
The full duration of your call is 60 mins. You can log on anytime within the first 15mins, but do note that no time extension will be given in the event you're late to the call.
If you are late for more than 15mins without prior notice for your 1-on-1 Coaching Call, it is considered a no-show and your call will be cancelled.
No refunds or makeup calls will be available for no-shows.
